when i add a new article i see the number on the left increase, however, the number on right always stays on zero. can someone tell me why. thanks. here is an example--Home

The second number is the number of submitted stories. So if nobody submits a story, it will always stay at 0.

You can disable them in config.php:

$_CONF['showstorycount'] = 1;

// Show the number of story submissions for a topic in Topics Block
$_CONF['showsubmissioncount'] = 1;
