Hi, a guy at the digital point forums showes a nice code to put a RSS feed in a static page, or to rotate several feeds in a static page.
Look over here.
Just remove the php tags on top and bottom of his code.

Found another site with a script to convert your feed(s) to javascript, that makes it easy to present the feeds of the other sites of your 'network', just like Weblog Inc does on DownloadSquad.com, below the footer of your site.
I've got it working here

I know, used it before, thnx, but the code from this guy will allow you to show another feed each time the page is loaded!
