Installing Plugins

Hi, I need help installing plugins, I read http://wiki.geeklog.net/index.php/Plugins but I do not understand any of it. Is there an easy guide someware? One that tells you directely were to put the files?

Plugins usually come with installation instructions, so why not start with those? And if you're still having problems, then ask in the Plugins help forum, describing what exactly the problem is.
