How to extend logo to the right?

Hello. I have added a new logo to my site. The logo is fine but needs to be extended across the front. I tried to add to the width but it stretched the logo. Please look at Unitedstates-america.net. Please let me know what to do to add the red solid to the right and get rid of the writing on the right. Thanks in advance.
