zClassifieds thumbnail question

is there any way i could increase the allowable file size for the thumbnails? maximum is 10kb... i wanted to increase it to atleast 15kb or something....

oh, if i can edit the dimensions too... right now, it only allows images that wont exceed 100x100px.... i wanna increase it a little too....
