chmod

I am using linux server, I noted that in the installation instruction, chmod to 775 has to be carried out for public_html directory and log diectory, what about so many directory within the public_html directory, which one require chmod, can someone advise please

Please read the installation instructions again then. They state pretty clearly which directories have to be chmod'ed ...
