I've been trying to manually install since last night. I finally got all of the paths correct and when it went to the success page it was blank. I tried the index.php and it's also blank. I added the line to show errors, still blank.
So, I went to phpMyAdmin to look at the databases and see if the problem was there, I found this error:

PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled

Is this the problem? If so, what is it and how do I fix it?
