rss feeds stopped refreshing

my feeds still appear but have stopped refreshing.
i find this in the error log:
Could not open the file. /home/godekalb/public_html/backend/schools.rdf
i have dbl checked premissions and all the other items i have been alerted to her in the forums.
it seems to have 'frozen' when i moved the site...so i started there but keep chasing my tail it seems
