How can I change themes?

I have downloaded the themes from the Geeklog site and I am not stuck on what it is that I need to do to make the changes. Can someone help me with this?

Warning: Not all themes are updated for GL1.3.11 !

Upload the theme in your /public_html/layout directory and set the required theme name in config.php (case sensitive). You can preview it in your Account Preferences.
