User Name displays same name regardless of user

When I go into the user editor for any registered user, the User Name field displays the same user name regardless of the user I'm displaying. This is only when I go into the actual user editor and not the user display.

I'm using GL 1.3.11 with the Axonz Contemporary V1 Theme.

Has anyone else had this problem?
