PHPmyadmin help

My hosting providers do not support MYSQLDUMP so I took the advice of the Forum and downloaded PHPmyadmin but from there I'm lost. I cannot find it on there, anywhere.

How do I save my database?

This database is empty, there is nothing I can find that has anything to do with Geeklog.
