When viewing a story, the browser title of the page becomes the title of the story.
How is this possible in a plugin?

As of Geeklog 1.3.10, COM_siteHeader accepts the page title as the second parameter. For a plugin, that's certainly the cleanest solution.

In older versions, there's a "hack" that if you set $_CONF['pagetitle'], it will be used as the page title. That still works in 1.3.10, but new code should use the new functionality, please.
