Events submitted by users show Admin, or whoever moderated the events, to be the owner after approving. Shouldn't it be kept under the submitter's name so that we can trace the source?

Should this be reported as a bug?

It's a known shortcoming. The event submission table doesn't have a field for the user id, so that information is lost ...

This should probably be filed as a feature request (if it isn't already).
