I just upgraded to 1.3.10 Final Looks like there is already another in the works. I just wanted to know how important this is to upgrade. Even on DSL is takes time to upload all the files. So is it safe to wait, or recommended that I change right away Neutral

It's a release candidate and you've seen for when the finished version is scheduled, so I'd say "if in doubt, wait".
