Removing 1.3.7sr2 to do a clean install of latest version

I've got an installation of 1.3.7sr2 from a while back that I'd like to completely remove so I can reinstall the latest version (which looks great).

What steps should I follow?

Drop the database, remove all the files, start over as per the installation instructions.

Sorry, but isn't that kind of obvious?
