Calendar event start time am/pm

How can I get the caledar to display event times as am and pm rather than 24hr format? The end date displays am/pm, start time displays as 24hr format. I'm using version 1.3.9sr2. and the yahoo theme.

Nevermind, it was a simple setting in personalize.
