Setting up 1.3.10 local on 0s 10.3.5

I am trying to set up the new 1.3.10 local on my computer. i have not had any problems before with 1.3.9 running local. I cant seem to get the path right i hav tried everything but cant get GL to run the site right. i have even copied the path structure fom my 1.3.9 site and it wont work, even with fresh installs. Can anyone help me this is the path to the GL directory.

Why don't you post the specific error message you're getting. It might be easier to trouble shoot.
Remember that paths refer to locations on disk (like /home/apache/htdocs/config.php or C:/apache/htdocs/config.php) and URLs refer to web locations (http://my.domain.com/).
If you're not getting any error message (or a 401 page not found error) the problem is likely that the files are in the wrong place (i.e. you're web server isn't looking at the right location).
