db backups in 1.3.10rc1

I dunno what you genious' did, but since upgrading to 1.3.10rc1 from 1.3.9 on my test server, my backups work!!!!
no more backupfilesize 0 bytes or any crap like that. This is awesome!
is that a bit over the top?

If you upgraded your DB to InnoDB you can not do live backups (that is the nature of InnoDCool. If you'd rather have the backup ability over the advantages of InnoDB I suggest you convert back to mysql tables.
