Just curious. I saw that the next version will be 1.3.10. I thought after 1.3.9 it will become 1.4. Mathmatically 1.3.10 equals 1.3.1.
What constitute a change from 1.3 to 1.4? There must be a rule of versioning in the programming community that you are following, that I am not aware of.
