limiting user preferences

I really would like to disable the user preferences for my geeklog site. I want all my users to have to accept the defult settings that I choose.
For example, I would like to remove the option for people to not show themselves as ONLINE.
Can anyone help me through this?

Um.... nevermind. I figured it out. It was pretty damn easy too. Sorry I wasted your time reading this post.
HOWEVER I DO HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THIS.
If anyone has already made some choices such as no blocks or do'nt accept emails or don't show online status,
HOW CAN I RESET THESE TO MY DEFAULT SETTINGS????

You'll have to make those changes in the database directly, e.g. using phpMyAdmin.
