Please help a noob with installation problems

I keep getting this error

An SQL error has occured. Please see error.log for details.

When i check the log file it says this

07/19/04 20:12:45 - 1146: Table 'kmablog.kmab_sessions' doesn't exist. SQL in question: DELETE FROM kmab_sessions WHERE remote_ip = '' AND uid = 1

any ideas?

Did you run the install script? Did you get any errors then? Have you checked that 40 tables have been created during the install?
