Intraab is in the process of being revised.

Intraab will incorporate the original Address Book Features it was designed with as well as act as a replacement to the user profile screens.

Expected changes:
1. All text will be replaceable via language files.
2. Field names will be revised
3. Table names will remain the same
4. File Structure will be simplified
5. Pict upload for user/employee id photos will be supported
6. FULL integration with Geeklog users will be added, changes to one will effect the other. Optimally user settings would be disabled from the main Geeklog config.php file and Intraab would take its place.
7. NON-Integration with Geeklog user tables will be supported at install time. Choose thy path wisely. (This may or may not be cut)
8. Installation will be via a modified method, In order to make updates easier I will replicate the functions of the install.php file and functions.inc files. This will be to support automatic sensing of upgradeability and incremental updates.
9.Anonymous access will be revised to allow control at multiple levels instead of just the main view.

That does seem the be the way I'm heading. Most of the plugins I said I would try and work on have inter-related parts, so I'm looking to rework Intraab as a core for those projects.
