I like to rename emailgeeklogstories.
I there any attachment to this, or do I have to just rename and go?

You can rename it any way you want (or move it to another place).

Geeklog itself doesn't use it. It's only a script that kicks off a function in Geeklog.

bye, Dirk

Renamed, but funny thing is that it ain't sending me any geeklog stories nor giving any error message.

Gone through the forum, for emailgeeklogstories, non answered my question.
Sorry to bug you pal.

Regards

Are you sure you even have new stories to send out? The Daily Digest stores an entry in the gl_vars table of the last time it sent out the digest. You may have to reset that entry.

Also, if you are calling the script from a crontab, don't forget to change the entry to point to the new, renamed script.
