Database backup error message

I've installed Geeklog on a new commercial server and I'm getting an error message that I didn't get on other servers when I attempt to do a backup.
Warning: is_executable(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
File(/usr/bin/mysqldump) is not within the allowed path(s):
(/home/httpd/vhosts/jomariworks.com/httpdocs:/tmp)
in /home/httpd/vhosts/jomariworks.com/httpdocs/admin/
database.php on line 80
There was an error.
Incorrect path or mysqldump utility not executable.
Check $_DB_mysqldump_path definition in config.php.
Variable currently defined as: /usr/bin/mysqldump
What needs to be changed by the server admin to get this Geeklog feature to work?
