Missing init.php

As per the install.txt insturctions for GalleryRandomPhoto, I copied the function and pasted it into my lib-custom.php. The function calls out "require_once($GALLERY_BASEDIR ."init.php");". I loaded GL to two of my sites and neither one has this file. Where do I obtain this file?

I am not quite clear whether you have installed Gallery.
You said you "loaded GL to two of your site and neither one has this file." You seem to be looking for this file in GL. It is not a GL file, but a Gallery file.
