File manager hald workingneed help

Welll, I can access the admin portion, but when I try to select my downloads from the menu bar on the homepage, it gives me this error
Warning: main(classes/timer.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:Server Filesphpbloglib-common.php on line 113
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'classes/timer.class.php' (include_path='.;c:php4pear') in C:Server Filesphpbloglib-common.php on line 113
I've checked all the paths a millioin times...any suggestions, or maybe something i missed on install?
