when I select the voice draft for a history, this disappears from the
submission page (with 1.3.8 remained), but is
visible in the directory of history

is normal?

There's an option for this in your config.php:

// When set to 1, this will display an additional block on the submissions page
// that lists all stories that have the 'draft' flag set.
$_CONF['listdraftstories'] = 0;

P.S.: you had said that with the 1.3.9 it was easy to put the real name in
the comments, or mistake?

From the history file:

- You can now use {author_fullname} and {author_photo} variables in comment templates

So simply replace {author} with {author_fullname} in comment/comment.thtml
