Need to add a link to a theme header...

Hi
Could someone tell me how to add a link to the header. I would like to add a link on the same line as adv.search, download,..ect. I would like also to take some away.

Thanks for a great site and all the help I have recieved from this site.

Ok..Thanks but what would a hard-code entry look like. I am sorry..I am quit new at this but I got my site up and running quit well. Just some small details.
