Fatal error: Call to undefined function: com_applyfilter() in /patheditedobviouslyto/thinktank/users.php on line 815

Upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9, and installed the two parts of geeklog to two new locations. Everything set up well enough and is working fine, but when I try to login as the admin the above error shows up.

COM_applyFilter is a new function in Geeklog 1.3.9. Make sure you've really updated all the files, specifically the lib-common.php where this function is located.
