quickie: which database table and record is responsible for Daily Digest notification?

Hope this is a fast one. Recently enabled the Daily Digest feature. I would like to know which database table and record ( i assume gl_userprefs) is responsible for enabling/disabling the notification for Daily Digest.

It's the 'etids' field in gl_userindex. See COM_emailUserTopics() in lib-common.php for details.
