Geeklog Forums

I'd like to see Geeklog provide the capability of allowing users to have their own blogs within the geeklog site. This could be done by tying a user to a topic, making it so that the user can only post within a specific topic that he or she owns. I am new to Geeklog, so maybe there is a way to do this that I don't know about. It seems that you can give a user full Story Admin privileges in all topic areas, but you can't restrict them to one topic.
