Error changing blocks/topics/ etc

confused
when i try to change anything via the moderation.php page i get this after pressing tha "save" button

and then go to the search page HELP
looks to me like its doing a search for rather than a save
should i remove the search form from the header files ?

Hmm, never seen this one before. Are you using one of the standard themes? If so, make sure it has been uploaded properly.

the theme im using is gamserver theme
but i did make changes to the graphics and the header.thtml and block*.thtml files

So does it still happen when you switch back to the original Gameserver (or another unaltered) theme?
