Directory plug-in

Hi All,
Im new to this whole GL thing and was wondering if anyone has developed a decent directory plug-in. The only one I've seen is located at "http://www.oaoa.net/". In particular I'm looking for a directory that allows searches using multiple criteria, i.e. a location (Idaho), and an activity, (white water Rafting), using pull a pull down menu. Thanks
