Removing Add Event from Calendar

Hi, I really need to remove the add event button and link that shows next to Back To Calendar when you are in an event. I've searched the forum, and documentation but I can't seem to find if this has been done before and how. I'd really appreciate help on this, as it's the only thing preventing the site from going live. Thanks.

in layout/your_theme/calendar/events.thtml, remove

Also, in layout/your_theme/calendar/addeventoption.thtml, delete everything.

Template Error: loadfile: While loading addevent, /yadda/yadda/addeventoption.thtml does not exist or is empty.
Halted.

I used in the file and it worked just fine, just a note for others doing the same. Thanks.
