How to reduce forum redirect time?

Hey folks,
When you post a message in the forum it gives you the message below, and waits a few seconds before the redirect. Where do I go to reduce that wait time?

I will have this a easier config parm in the next release but for now, you can edit in the plugin functions.inc file
