Problems logging in

I am sure this has been brought up before but I can't find it anywhere.

On a GL site I have set up, an admin user is having problems logging in. She doesn't get an error message, but she can't see any of the admin areas.

This has happened several days running.

Clearing her cookies solves the problem, but this is not a long-term solution if she has to do it every day.

Using GL1.3.8-1, haven't upgraded yet.

Any ideas?

In your config.php, modify the cookiedomain parameter. This should help.

What should be in cookiedomain? The site's domain name, '.sitedomain.com'? I've tried this but I'm still having problems reported.

That would be the correct settings for cookiedomain.
What browser is she running?

Browser is MSIE 6.0.

I also see 'proxycache' when I resolve her IP address, I wonder if her ISP caches and that causes problems?
