What's Related block and other issues

After upgrading to the latest version I've been experiencing two problems:
1. After clicking read more I can see the whole story but above it there is an error message Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /path/to/my/geeklog/lib-common.php on line 3117
2. Next issue is with the What's Related block. It shows plain text (no links)
Everything worked just fine until the latest patch. Anyone help please.
