Tester Needed for Net Tools Plugin

Working on the Visitor Stats plugin made me realize the need for a Network Tools Plugin. ie Whois, nslookup, ping, traceroute. I am putting the finishing touches on this plugin now.
What I need is for someone with a windows server to test it for me. Any volunteers just drop me a line.
