cannot log out

hey, I cannot logout of my site unless I delete my cookies. (Im using the newest 138). Any suggestions?
i froze /users.php?mode=logout to copy these errors:

The permissions on your access.log file are not correct (the same problem as many people have with the error.log - and the same answer). Fixing that should fix your logout problem. bye, Dirk
