Have two topic blocks?

Newb here. How would I go about making a second topic block? Like the one that has General and Geeklog in it.

you could
  • create a \"normal\" block with some HTML links to the topics you want
  • clone function COM_showTopics() and make your own version (as a PHP block)
  • use the menu plugin
