A quick Google search reveals that this seems to be a MySQL resource but I have no idea what it\'s used for. You may want to talk to your hosting service. bye, Dirk

It\'s a \"throttle\" to limit the number queries. You will need to have your host change the appropriate setting or get a new host. I\'m guess the latter.
