Installation Issue - CGI Timeouts

I\'ve just uploaded all of the files on my hosted server. MySQL is running on a separate server operated by my hosting provider, and all of my config files are setup correctly. During step 3 of the installation process, I get a CGI Timeout because the install.php file takes too long to process. Is there a SQL script that can handle all of the database work for this step available anywhere so that I can copy and paste it directly into phpMySQLAdmin?
Any other ideas on how I can bypass this matter?
Thanks in advance!

That\'s very unusual. The install script shouldn\'t take that long that it runs into a timeout. Can you make sure that the MySQL server is running?
I\'d suggest asking your hosting service for help.
bye, Dirk
