Bug in topiceditor.thtml

I had found little bug in topiceditor.thtml file, when I was engaged in Russian localization. Superfluous double-quotes in the this file, after {default_checked} in line 25. As result, {lang_defaulttext} text after \"Default\" checkbox is not shown in the \"Edit Topic\" form. Is this bug or feature? Wink
