i am trying to setup accounts within phpmyadmin for my database to be used with gl. Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to setup user permissions for the database i am creating. i heard it is good to erase all of the users except the root on localhost. when i did this, i was no longer able to set any permissions. Please help!! Also, when i setup a password for phpmyadmin in the config go to the admin page, it does not allow me to enter, it says invalid user. where can i login using the password i created? Thanks in advance!!

are you running the SQL client as well? Can you log in as root and accomplish anything? What OS?
