Changing default theme

Been running Geeklog for a couple of weeks now with no problems. Today I decide I want to change the default theme. I assume I only need to change the $_CONF['theme'] line. I do this, and the site does not update. I am fairly sure I experimented with this early on in my install and it worked. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance, Richard

Check your cookies. Geeklog sets a cookie when you select a theme from the display preferences. bye, Dirk
