If you only want to make a link to that forum from your GL, then you shouldn't have any conflicts. If you try to integrate the two software to share info and wrap GL around vBulletin, then you probably will. In that case, you have to look out for the same names used in functions, classes, global variables, and tables. There may be some conflict in templates also.
