blockheader.thtml for whats related???

Currently when I use the readmore article, I get Whats related and Story Options blocks appear on the right hand side. Would it be possible to seperate the blockheader.thtml from these and make them use blockheader-right.thml and blockfooter-right.thtml instead or If that's not possible create a unique .thtml for them. the blockheader.thml is also used with things like advanced search which is much wider. I presume this is a bug as I can't see why blockheader would be used here instead.
