Link Categories not Appearing after upgrade

Have upgraded from 1.3.5sr2 to 1.3.6. When I select links I just get add a link and not the categories. My theme is based on Simplicity and I copied all files in X-Silver links into my links directory. If I search for links they are listed OK. If I use X-silver theme link categories appear ok. Anyone know where I have gone wrong.

I've now copied all the links files from Gameserver theme and it all works.
