People with 56k are having problems submitting larger files. They get error "1107 or something" which says something about permissions and duplicate files. I'v checked and found that there aren't any duplicated files, and permissions are all "777" on all the filemgmt_data dir and subdirs... weird. ...any hints?

I'm not sure what you mean by people with 56k?

I believe you are refering to the FileMgmt Plugin that I wrote. Are you having this problem only with adding files with the user submission method or also using the FileMgmt admin - add a file method?

If it's just with the user submission method, download it again from my site. There was a bug fixed shortly after it was released a few weeks ago.
