Link as a block heading

I have just typed a link (HttP://.....)as the name for a block and found out it’s probably not the best of ideas. I can no longer edit the block to delete it as this is also a link. Could someone point me in the right direction for a fix Cheers.

Not sure if I understand the problem ... The link in the block list will take you to the block editor, even if it reads http://www.something.com bye, Dirk

when I created a new block I gave it the title of http://www.sitename.com, rather than something like `user functions. When I go into the admin block and click on blocks it opens the page with the list of block names, then normally you would click on a block name in this list to edit that blocks settings, but because the block name is a link, I can no longer access the settings page. - How do I change a block name without using geeklog?

Just worked it out. I am very new to all this and have just realised you can directly edit text content in sql. thanks for your time.

Works for me, i.e. I created a new block with http://something.com as the title and I can still edit it when I click on the name from the block list in the admin area. Anyway, you could edit the name in the gl_blocks table in the database directly (use phpMyAdmin if you're not familiar with MySQL). bye, Dirk
